Each Edition adapts proven initiative formats and trusted frameworks to local needs, thus helping communities gain global insights, strengthen practical innovation capabilities, and drive meaningful change.

Requirements: A capable team, the capacity to deliver a distinguished event experience, a commitment to upholding the GInS code of conduct, and a commitment to honoring GInS brand standards and values.

License Terms

Each Edition operates under a license agreement to protect the integrity of the GInS brand:

  • Non-Commercial Nature: Must operate on a non-profit basis or follow approved revenue guidelines.
  • Brand Use: Logos and content must be used exactly as provided.
  • Responsible Use: The GInS name may not be used for unrelated activities or personal promotion.

Requirements: A capable team, the capacity to deliver a professional event, and commitment to upholding GInS brand standards and values.

Format Options

Duration: Half-day, full-day, or multi-day.
Format: All Editions are delivered in-person to foster connection, learning, and community impact.

Hosts are encouraged to include Q&A, networking, or local language support when relevant.

Brand & Content Standards

To protect the GInS brand:

  • Use official logos and templates as provided.
  • Ensure all sessions and speakers align with Edition guidelines and values.
  • Submit final promotional materials for review and approval.
  • Include the following disclaimer: "This is an independently organized GInS Edition under license."

How It Works

Hosting is clear and structured:

  • Apply: Complete the online application with the required details.
  • Approval: Proposals are reviewed and only licensed if approved.
  • Plan & Promote: Organize the program, confirm topics and speakers, and promote using approved branding.
  • Deliver: Host your Edition according to the agreed, stated standards.
  • Report: Submit a short post-event summary within 2 – 4 weeks. A visual timeline is provided in the branding kit.

Support Provided

Licensed hosts receive:

  • Official branding kit, templates, and style guide.
  • Sample session formats and topic ideas.
  • Access to speaker suggestions where possible and if needed.
  • Guidance for approvals and promotional reviews.

Host Responsibilities:

  • Secure venue and manage local logistics.
  • Propose or confirm speakers and develop local content.
  • Promote the Edition within their community/network.
  • Submit a post-event report.

Note: All local costs are the host’s responsibility; direct funding is not provided.

  • Complete the online application and accept the license terms.
  • Approval typically takes 2 – 4 weeks.
